Power Greens and Citrus Salad with Honey Mint Dressing

Serves 4-5 people; Prep time - 20 minutes

Ingredients

Salad

• 5 oz organic greens

• 1 grapefruit, sliced into segments

• 1 orange, sliced into segments

• 1/4 cup of pomegranate arils

• 1/4 cup of granola

• 2 oz crumbled goat cheese

Honey Mint Dressing

• 3 oz honey

• 3 oz apple cider vinegar

• 2 tsp Livia’s Seasoning Salt

• 2 tbsp chopped mint

• 6 oz canola oil

Preparation

Arrange all salad ingredients neatly in a serving bowl. 

Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a mason jar, put the lid on and shake vigorously. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Pour dressing over the salad, toss and enjoy.
