Browned Butter Pumpkin Seeds

Cooking time - approximately 40 minutes

Ingredients

• Livia’s Seasoning Salt

• 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

• 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

• About 2 cups of dry Pumpkin Seeds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add butter to a saucepan and melt on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Once the butter starts to turn brown, add the maple syrup and stir to combine. Remove from heat, and add pumpkin seeds to the mixture. Stir to coat all the seeds. Give several generous shakes of Livia’s and stir once more. Pour the seeds out onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes, giving the seeds a stir halfway through.
